Mr. Young S. Choi founded Metanet, Inc. in 2000, and has been serving as a CEO
& chairman.
In 1982, Mr. Young S. Choi joined Deloitte Touche Tomatsu and began providing domestic and overseas companies with services such as audit and advice on tax, M&A, major managerial issues and so on. In 1988, Mr. Young S. Choi founded business consulting firm, CSG. In 1998, Mr. Young S. Choi served as a CEO & president of PwC Consulting Korea, which had dominated Korean business consulting market. In addition, Mr. Young S. Choi served as an Asia board member of PwC Consulting.
As a CEO & chairman of Metanet, Korea's largest independent business service provider, he contributes to raise the standard of the management process of companies in Asia. Concurrently, serving as a chairman of A.T. Kearney Korea LLC., a global consulting firm, he contributes to enhance the competitiveness of companies and government bodies in Asia.
Once named "CEO with the most outstanding leadership" among Korea's top 100 CEOs by the nation's most prestigious daily newspaper, Mr. Young S. Choi continues to share his insight and hands-on experience by studying and lecturing in academic societies and educational institutions. Mr. Young S. Choi performs a pivotal role in organizations such as the Korea CEO Forum and giving back to society through his sustained pro bono activities.
Mr. Young S. Choi holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Yonsei University and completed the Global Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Insoo Shin manages Contact Center Business Unit at Metanet. Mr. Insoo Shin
has significant experiences in the field of accounting and finance having served as a CFO of PwC Consulting Korea, finance manager and global task force member of IBM Korea, and external auditor of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Insoo Shin holds B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University and MBA from Yonsei Graduate School of Business Administration and is a licensed Korea Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Haeseung Lee manages DM & CRM Business Unit at Metanet. Mr. Haeseung
Lee had performed several consulting projects regarding to corporate restructuring and process innovation as a director of PwC Consulting, and later had served as a senior research analyst at the finance team of Samsung Group Reformation Headquarter. After that, Mr. Haeseung Lee worked as a CEO at Woongjin ST which is a subsidiary company of Woongjin Group and at the same time held another position as the head at Planning and Coordination department of Woongjin Group. Mr. Haeseung Lee holds B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University and has completed MBA course from Yonsei Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Jinwoo Kim manages IT Service Business Unit at Metanet. Mr. Jinwoo Kim
had started his career as an IT consultant at Samsung SDS in the field of Process Innovation, ERP and SCM. He also had experienced as the top management in IT companies such as SCM solution, IBGEN, and Sejung Consulting. He completed his Ph.D Degree in Operation Research and System Engineering after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Korea University in Seoul. He also has been completed the program of SEIT(Strategy and Entrepreneurship in Information Technology Industry) at Stanford Business School.

As the Chairman of the Metanet Advisory Board, Mr. C. Scott Hartz provides
critical guidance in Metanet strategy and management. Throughout his career, Mr. Hartz has had a wide range of experience at major global companies such as PwC Consulting, where he served as CEO from 1995 to 2002, and Siebel, where he's currently a member of its Board of Directors, as well as the audit committee. Mr. Hartz is also on the Board of Directors at Erie Indemnity Company, a major insurance company based in Pennsylvania, and is a Managing Partner of Spire Capital Group LLC, a venture capital firm with focus on the media and communications industries. A 40-year veteran of consulting business, Mr. Hartz's strong understanding of global consulting and technology issues has led him to become a frequent business commentator, author and speaker in the world of business. Mr. Hartz holds a B.S. in Economics from Lehigh University and MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kiyoung Kim is a well-known academic with extensive experience operation
management currently serving as an advisor for Metanet. Mr. Kiyoung Kim has held numerous posts in academia in Yonsei University of Korea and Vice President and Fellow of Decision Science Instiute in the U.S. He has also served as an advisory positions for the major conglomerate and business in Korea. Mr. Kiyoung Kim holds B.A. and M.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University and MBA and Ph.D. in Economics from University of Washington.
